Without a doubt, this is one of our favourite lightning shots to date. We managed to race in front of the super cell from Springbrook QLD to Wardell Bridge (between Ballina & Evans Head, NSW). We waited in hope for the storm to pass over the top of the bridge. It was a nervous wait, and we got a little too close to the action with this shot. It was a dangerous shoot, but something we don’t regret.
