WOW!!! This was one of those jaw dropping moments…

One thing we’ve always wanted to cross off our bucket list is something unique from this incredible spot. On our last trip to NZ we failed miserably. We camped out here for a few days in our motorhome & every morning & afternoon we made the hike up to the base of Mt Cook in hope of capturing something special.

On each attempt we were greeted with a different scene & on a few nights we were given some clear skies, but on this one afternoon, we were greeted with something we will never forget. With not a breath of wind, this colourful pastel sky, a few icebergs & an almost near perfect reflection, we just sat there with our mouths open in shock at what was before us.

Then expertly gallery wrapped over a stretcher bar made from quality Australian pine & finished with a tape seal backing & plastic coated hanging wire.
